So it starts again...


Getting ready to start my C25K workout again (had to wait for my ipod to charge)...back to week 1, I think I am going to do week 1 for the next two weeks so I can ease myself back into it after taking a month and a half off (blush)...New running shoes means get your butt back on track girl! :) here I go...
