House sitting

We are currently house sitting for Dustin's Aunt and uncle. It's been nice so far, kinda like a mini vacation lol. We brought SIL with us and after we get back from signing Austin up for school we are going to pop in some DVD's and spend the day in front of the Tube lol. I of course will be working on some new layouts for eBay. It's my job to pay for car insurance this month lol so I need to sell a couple layouts. I also wants some of the new Chatterbox and Basic Grey paper lol.

I watched the livefeeds for big brother last night until *HUGE BLUSH HERE* 3:30AM lol, yet nuts I know but it is so addicting lol. Major drama happened. James wants to backdoor Janelle now and kept calling her all kinds of names, PLUS now Marcy is talking about Janey behind her back about how he wants her out, then he goes right upstairs to the HOH room and kisses her butt. I love Marcy but man is he on my last nerve LOL. Gosh I really hope Janelle is playing everyone in the house right now about putting Diane up and tomorrow will put up someone else instead, sadly it would have to be WILL if she wanted to make everything better with the S4. I will post more later on what I see unfold in the BB house tonight.

Big Brother, Spoilers so if you watch and do not want to know, don't read this ;)

Okay so it is 11:20pm and I am watching the livefeeds, I just got flames because Janey just informed the HG's that it is time to pick the players for tomorrows Veto game (reminder it is tonight/morning 12am that they will pick the viewers choice on what times they play the music all night to keep the HG awake so they play a lousy Veto game tomorrow). I watched them last night too and it was nuts LOL. Will was in Janeys PINK HOH room




bath tub giving Kays, Janey, boogie and somethimes Howie and dani (they left alot) a puppet show with rubber duckies and bathroom goodies, It was so FUNNY! He names the ducks and stuff after each HG, but with a twist lol, like him, he was a three peg foot massager named Dr McDreamy lol, and Janey was the pink duckie named Fennal, Howie was the sponge named Maui, Kays was a devil duck named pacer etc etc. It was so FUNNY! I am hoping they will show it on TV Sunday. Janey and the S4 4 were up in the HOH room last night fighting about who they wanted up on the block today. Janelle picked Erica and Boogie. I over heard will and janelle and then boogie and janelle talking a while ago and it looks like Janelle is working with Chill town now. She is not telling the S4 yet, well she says she kinda told Kays, but does not want to tell James or Howie yet. Janelle has a crush on Will lol, it's cute! I am really not liking James right now (I do like James, I am just not liking the way he is playing the game) he is back to doing what he did last year and is playing both sides. everything he talks to S4 about he runs off and tells Dani.

Okay I will continue to post BB updates on my blog from time to time for those of you who asked me too :)

As of now (11:33 my time and also BB time) there is still flames, I wish it would come back on already so i know who will be playing tomorrow :)

So I studied all day yesterday for my driving written test and them went down to take it at the DMV. It is funny how when you do that and then you are driving to the dmv and notice all these things people are doing wrong LOL. I got there took my eye test (20/20) took a funky picture (I was still wearing my work out clothes lol and my hair was pinned back in a ponytale) and then took the test. I made it up to the counter 8 minutes later, the man checked my answers, nothing wrong on the first page, then I saw him check the first wrong on the back side, this is when I turned my head lol he finished grading it and then looks up at me. Says, "well you missed some here at the end of the test" I was thinking great must be the 3 I had left blank and then went back to lol. He then smiles and said you only missed 4, that means you passed, WOOHOO. I missed 4 out of 36. I got my permit YAY! So now I am driving us everywhere LOL. it has been about 7 Years since last I really drove (I would run errands in Idaho but not to far) so I am excited, it's been long enough lol. I have to say I am scared to death of these streets still though (reason never getting a DL here), I have nightmares lol, so many freeways, so many cars, so many crazy drivers, speeders, etc, but I am finally doing this, YAY ME!

I am a bit blue today, I just feel so much tension in this house lately. MIL's MIL is now gone to her other DD's house, and I think it is because of us, the boys, and being to much. We have 5 more weeks until our house is done and we can move, I pray things start going good and there will be less tension in this house, it is seriously bumming me out :(


Okay I have to go start dinner, I am making everyone chicken tacos tonight (I will be having veggie ones :)

Childrens Discovery,work and DMV

We all as a family (the four of us) went with Austin's school today to the CDM. It was awesome. I remember going a few times as a child with school. They had this one room upstairs that looked like a pizza shop but small for kids. They had plastic pizza stuff so the boys got to make their own fake pizza. It was so cute and I got some good pictures of it (I will post them later). I also got some sweet pictures of Austin in firemen clothes, the hat and he was holding the hose on the truck, so very cute! I will post those too.

I have alot of work to do today and tomorrow. Dustin over spent what I had on my paypal card getting Gas for the card so now it is negative money (eyeroll lol). I have two layouts started now using some newer Basic Grey paper. I also plan on doing an awesome two page beach layout for ebay. I have work at the school this week on Thursday and Friday.

Tomorrow I finally head down to the DMV to take my written test (yes Mely I am finally doing it LOL) YAY me! I am really excited about this, FINALLY lol.

Alright well it is 102 right now and I am in a house with no AC so I am heading outside with everyone else to enjoy MIL's pool lol. Talk to you later...

a camping we will go....

Yep we are off here in a few minutes to go camping at the Lake for the weekend. Dustin needed to pick up a VW part for his project car and it was up near the Lake, so we are camping. I just got back from work, it was fun. For those of you who don't know I am training with Dustin's aunt at one of her sites, i will be taking over a church school for her when she moves. It is still her business I will just be working that site. She does the lunch program and owns her own company called "Kids Cafe". It's fun and great to spend time with the kids. Aidan will be going with me when I start fulltime (that just means 5 days a week about two hours a day.)

I started something new with my ebay auctions. I listed a couple layouts that I recreated from ones I made for myself, and my books. Two have sold so far to a dear sweet gal on ebay and i just listed two more today. The ones I listed today are a boy and girl layout that matches one of the ones I did of Jen's daughter Addie. I am going to see how this stuff goes on ebay, crossing my fingers this does great!

Okay I better get my things packed for the trip. I'll be back Sunday :) Hope you all have a great weekend!

Long time no talk, Random things

I have been so super busy here. Lots going on. We finally signed all the papers and picked our last options on the house and it is now being built for us. It will take about 7 more weeks until we can move in. I started my job with Marilyn. It's going good so far. We went to the summer Luau (Dustin's family has one every year) Dustin's brother, wife and kids came. It was so nice seeing them. After the Luau we all went back to their hotel to go swimming. It was nice. While we were there I guess Chessie (one of MIL's dogs) cornered Ben (my cat I have had for a couple years, Dustin bought him for me for my birthday, he is a full blooded persian) under the pool house. We heard about it the next day. We took Kate and the boys to the park to spend some more time with BIL and his family. We we got home around 10:30pm we went out to the backyard to put the cats away in the pool house, I called everywhere for Ben but could not find him. I got chloe and Gizmo in the house and was in there feeding them and spending time with them. When I heard Dustin's voice, I walked out of the pool house to see his face and I just knew. He said he found Ben and he was dead :( I broke down right there and just cried. From what we could tell, he did peacefully (we think) he was laying down and his eyes and mouth were closed. What I think happened is, while Chessie was under the house with him the day before, she must have frighten him to death. MIL says he was moving when they got chessie out with the water hose, he seemed fine just scared. He died in that same spot. We buried him in the backyard. It has been very hard for me to deal with. I just can not believe this has happened.

On a lighter note Big Brother all stars has started and I LOVE it! I am so happy to see some many people back from season 6 (my favorite season so far) I can not wait to see what happens on tonights show, I hope Alison get booted out, I can not stand her lol. JANELLE Rocks!

I have been working hard on ebay stuff, trying to earn a little extra money for bills. It's going okay I guess. I am going to try hard to scrapbook for me this weekend. I also have my LRS DT kit that should be here anyday. I can not wait to get started with this kit, it's beautiful and the colors are perfect for summer themes. I am also so thrilled about who we have as our guest designer this month :)

Okay well I better get back to work. I will try to post more often, it's just been so hard with the wireless connection. Have a great day! :)

Off to Disneyland :)

~Trip~

We are headed out to disneyland first thing in the morning YAY. We are all very excited. We will be there all week. We will be swimming in the Disneyland hotel when we get there tomorrow afternoon, then the next day it is breakfast with Mickey, goofy and the rest of the gang, then a day at the park (well for the next three days after that too). I have one full flashcard (about 260+ pictures) and another that has 169, so I am set....I think lol. Cross your fingers and toes the boys stay health and don't get sick LOL, two years ago when we went they got the rotavirus and were sick the whole trip. We have the fast passes so we will be able to get on the rides faster. The sad part is Priates will be closed until next week :( so we will all miss our most favorite ride. I missed getting pictures of it the last trip and wanted to get some this time so badly.

~cats~
We found out chloe was pregnant a few weeks ago, I had no idea how far along she was until tonight, she had two babies so far, but both died :( we are hoping D's aunt can take chloe and we are hoping maybe my MIL will let Ben stay here with her, we are so sad that the community we are moving in to will only allow us to have one pet! So we have decided to keep Gizmo (Baby kitty, although he is not such a baby anymore lol, he is almost a year old now.) He has grown to love the boys and D and I so much. I am so very sad that we have to give away our other cats, they are apart of our family and it just breaks my heart :( Ben was a gift to me for my B-day a couple years back from D and chloe is a special case cat, she was a breeder cat (pure persian) and the woman who owned her treated her like she was just a money maker, no love, nothing, so when she came to us she was very scared and not use to people and touch. She has grown to love us and we have grown to love her. I have been with her through three pregnancies, we have bonded and now I have to give her up :( I am truly so sad about this, I even tried to get the community management to see how much she means to us but they said no :(

~House news~ It's coming along great, It will start to be built next week and from then on we will wait anywhere's from 8 to 12 weeks for it. It's gorgeous! I had such a great time picking out colors inside and out, flooring, tiles, kitchen stuff etc, so much fun! I can not wait to have my very own scraproom (it's a retreat room off of the master bedroom). I have big plans for that :)

Okay well I better go finish packing since we have to be up so early in the morning for our 7 hour drive to LA. Did I mention how excited I am lol, I could scream LOL, We love Disneyland :) Pray for us please that everything goes good this time around ;) lol PLEASE. FINALLY lol

Okay I have tried for a week now to post on here and either blogger was down or our wireless connection stunk! We are still at the in laws, we will be here another 10-12 weeks while our new home is being built for us. We have been so busy with everything here. I just barely got time last night to call my best friend since we have been here. We still have to pick the wood flooring for the inside of the house, other than that everything looks good house wise. We have been helpping my MIL with the landscaping in the backyard, and LOVE swimming in the pool ;) We went camping at New Brighton beach this past weekend, which was fun, love camping at the beach. I have been working out everyday, I walk 1 and a half miles (some days 3 miles) in the morning and another 1 and a half at night. Today I popped in my 3 mile walk away the pounds dvd and did that, then tonight I will meet with my best friend Myra after dinner for my evening walk, we are taking her DD and Aidan, they will be on their bikes, us walking. I can't wait. When we were way younger (10-18 years) we use to walk everywhere together. Walking was our thing, we perferred it over the public bus (we did take this every once in a while) or driving. Her DD is in summer soccer at the local community center, so I am going to sign Austin up so they can do it together in Aug. While they practice every week we can walk and work out. I am so glad we have kids the same age, We grew up together, best friends, now our kids get to do it.

We are going to Disneyland this coming week, we can't wait, Pirates will be closed :( due to them fixing it up for the new movie, they are having a screening of Priates (POTC II) when we go so the park will be closed one of the nights for the stars of the movie, um YUM can you say Orlando bloom and Johnny Depp lol. We will be staying at the disneyland hotel and we get to do breakfast with Mickey and goofy one morning. Aidan will love that. This trip is an early B-day gift from MIL for Aidan's third B-day.

Okay well I need to go hop in the shower and then get some work done. I will try and post more often, like I said it has been a bit hard with the crappy wireless connection and then Blogger lol. I have missed this though!

MOVING DAY, Stuff, Amy H, Ode to Aidan

It's finally here, today is moving day :) I was up until 2am last night doing the last minute packing. I was so tired, not even a Red Bull helpped lol. The only thing left to do today is clean and carpet clean. Soon we will be off to California (Home) YAY. We were thinking of stopping in Reno for a little fun (lol remember my post about our fun in Reno lol, where we each take turns going into the casino for the slots, I will go in and Dustin will watch the boys and when I finish he will go in lol) It's going to be a while before we are back to Idaho, the inlaws here are angry with us. Dustin got a phone call yesterday (very immature one I might add, why do grown adults act so childish? It's beyond me.) Apparently my BIL lied to them and said he came by here on Friday to help us move and we were gone, that he had gone to the apartment manager and asked and they said we were gone, That is all a lie, I was here all day, D's VW outside and the moving truck, Here is what I think, he is very lazy, first he never showed up because he just did not want to help (A couple of D's friend helpped instead) BIL thought we would be gone on Saturday, since he never showed on Friday he did not know we changed our plans, so I honestly think he was milking his parents, trying to make them think he was trying to do this good thing and that D screwed him by leaving early so they would feel bad and do things for him (little insight on BIL, he is 18, dating a 16 year old lazy girl, niether have jobs, etc) He does not get along with his folks, in fact they want him out of their house, he is a HUGE Lier (goes back as far as I can remember, once when I was PG and both D and I were working at Zanottos, BIL would come help sometimes, well one day D and I had the day off, we get this phone call from work saying BIL stole some sandwiches from the store and said it was for us because he did not think they would get mad at him if he said that, so they called to see. We were a YOUNG just starting out family and BIL did this to us! Of course he lied his way out of it, said that the real story was, some guys in the parking lot were going to beat him up if he did not get them (later the story was he was trying to hook up some friends) He only thinks about himself! He comes over here at 12-1am when we are in bed and knocks on our door until we open it and asks for a freakin ride home (which is only three blocks away) he calls Dustin to give him rides home and to his GF house which is only two blocks away all day, like if we have no life other then serving him! Just last week him and his GF come over here at 1am, they were shopping at Walmart next door, and wake us up to ask for a ride to her house (two blosks away) because they have grocery (two FREAKIN bags, that is it!) He calls Dustin while he is working to ask for rides and when D tells him he is working BIL gets mad! Dustin does so much for this Brother and he screws him over all the time! Like this new thing now FIL and Smil, they are pissed now because they think we did not stop by to say goodbye, they believe BIL that we are gone already, they will not answer our phone calls (they have caller ID and I know they see my name come up with our ID number so that there is proof we are still here. Dustin does not deserve this crap that they do to him, he is a good person and one hell of a son who does everything for them if they ask. I can tell this is hurting him. WHY do they have to treat him this way? When ever they need anything he is always there for all of them. Sure I understand they are upset we are leaving but to ignore us or just plain treat us rude is just well not mature! We will miss them, we are sad to leave them, but life will be better for us in CA, better jobs, better things for our family etc. We are doing what is best for our family. Anywho, sorry I kinda went of subject there, just what has been on my mind the last two days. I just want my Husband to be happy, KWIM?

Oh can you believe I scrapbook LOL yep I did I did a layout for the CK call for the Annual Ideabook. I just had to give it a try LOL. I liked the way it came out for being a super FAST layout. If it does not get picked up ( I doubt it will lol) then I will post it here.

I was surfing the Pub two days ago and reading a thread, There pops up Miss Amy Howe's oh so CUTE picture again and of course Aidan see's it, so he starts to copy her face, this is what he did lol (yep I got it on camera LOL) This is for you Amy ;)

6am, I woke up, could not go back to sleep :( I was up until 12am packing. I honestly should have stayed up later than that but I was so tired. My head hit the pillow and I was out. It is now Friday, the day we have to load the moving truck and there is still ALOT of packing to get done. I ran out of boxes again and tape. So now when Dustin flies in today I have to have him go pick up some boxes and some packing tape. I told him we should add an extra day on now so we can do the last minute cleaning and stuff. I also saved my scrap area stuff to do last so I could finish this last kit, I really am going to try to get those kits up today. I found a BUNCH more scrap supplies that I just don't use anymore to add to the eBay pile.

I am getting really nervous now; about the move and everything. I just hope we are not a burden on MIL and her family because we have to stay with them for a while. I am nervous about how they are going to take seeing me scrapbooking. I mean they seem supportive but at times they can seem annoyed with me about it. I tend to take a TON of pictures so I think the whole camera/picture taking thing can be annoying, the time I spend scrapbooking, the time I spend on the computer (I would much rather be doing this than everyone's nightly TV watching.) Last summer when we stayed there for vacation the only TV I really watched was Big Brother, other than that I swam with the boys, and we did a ton of stuff. Some how I think things are going to be super busy, this kinda scares me. Why you ask? Well I am use to MY routine, and living with others you have to form a "NEW" routine. I don't know, I guess I just want to do everything right, everything to make everyone else happy.

Alright, well I have been on here long enough. I need to get Aidan and I dressed and we have a couple errands to run before Dustin is back. TTYS and have a wonderful day!

In Pain and missing my guys

I posted THIS at LM this morning, it was 4 am and I was totally missing my guys. I have since spoken to them twice now on the phone and feel better lol. I even got some more sleep YAY (cause I am going to need it!) WHY is packing so painful lol? I cleaned out alot of my scrap stuff in our room last night, I spent HOURS (maybe 5-6) going through everything, I have a HUGE box of stuff for eBay, some old, some new. I need to get my eBay stuff up ASAP. I also threw out a TON of scrap paper, I had so much piled up on shelves in my closet lol, I thought I just might as well toss it since it has been in there for months and I have not touched it. I am now down to the wire on this packing thing, I have very little time left to get it done, plus all the carpet cleaning and wall washing (yep I have to do it again lol, I guess that is just part of having boys LOL) I rented a couple movies to play while I finish (Hollywood Homicide, can you believe that I just rented this ~JOSH~ movie now lol, and I got Confessions of a sociopathic social climber with Jennifer love Hewitt) and I got Aidan watching Spongebob, I told him in an hour or so, we can go to Hollywood and I will get him a Garfield and friends box set dvd to watch (we rent these weekly, the boys LOVE them, yep I do too lol) Okay I better get back to the packing. Run and hide!!!!! Ode to Idaho, Blog Challenge

This is what I want to do today LOL, I am COVERED in boxes and cleaning YUCK! I can not wait to be done. At the same time though, I am starting to feel a little sad. I look around this apartment and think, WOW, We are moving, this will no longer be our place, I am going to miss it. I am going to miss this little office room with the bay windows that I look out everyday when I sit here to work, spend time on the computer, I have watched all the seasons come and go here, it's been beautiful. I am going to miss having super walmart (there are no super walmarts in our area in CA) right next door, and all the neat shops and stores in our apartment parking lot (Hollywood video in walking distance, they LOVE us there too lol, I will miss the HW Video gang lol), I will miss having the REC center next door too, I have enjoyed our family walks on the trail so much! But most of all, the number one thing I will truly miss, is....well it's kinda hard to put in words, I guess I want to say, our family "BOND" we have made here, though we have had good and not so good times here, our family of four has really truly bonded. Not that the bond will be broken once we leave, it's just, well, this special feeling I get when I think about it. LOTS of memories here.

I have a CRAZY todo list from HE- double- hockey sticks today lol. It involves lots of cleaning and packing. I am a little slow with it today. Updating my blog was one of the things on the list so at least I started it right LOL ;)

So little time, Random things

See this little guy? He is stuck to my hip lately, everywhere I go, he goes. He wants to do everything I am doing. He wants lots of hugs and kisses, he is my baby :) We were going to send him with his brother to his grandmas early so we could get all the moving stuff done, child free, but I truly think he would freak out. He has NEVER been away from us for more then a few hours. I do not think he would handle a couple days away from us to well. I think that he would be very unhappy (Believe me he gets freaked out if we leave him at the inlaws for a while, crys, screams, etc.) and make everyone else unhappy at MIL's house, sooooo.... we are keeping him with us LOL. He will be in the moving truck with us.

You ever feel like you have to much to do but have so little time? That is me right now. There is still so MUCH to get done around here and we only have a couple days left now. I am starting to get that nervous feeling. The one where you are not going to be able to get it all done. We still have stuff to pack (rooms) there is lots of cleaning, I have to re carpet clean now lol, I have to finish the boxes with are going to take to MIL's before Thursday morning. This means I need to finish packing my "Scrap" box for MIL'S to, the one that will have all the "work, DT" stuff I need to keep handy. I have to get the cat stuff ready. SO MUCH TO DO!

We all got up early today, I was going to take the boys to the mall and walk around for two hours (walk/workout) while Dustin finished working, but time got away from us and I was still blow drying my hair by the time he was ready to go. SO we will just take the boys to the park tonight (our favorite park here) for the last time while we are here and I can walk my three mile workout there.

Alright well, I better get going, LOTS to do lol :) Oh before I go if you are looking for a couple good movies to rent, I just rented and watched, "The family stone" and "rumor has it" and they were both so good! Had me crackin up :)

A little of this and That

~Move~
We are moving in less than a week. We are getting really excited. There is still so much to do around here. We packed alot this weekend but there is still more to pack. I have been working all day today to get some eBay stuff done and up so I can have some $ on my Card for the trip back to CA. Our families are so excited. We will be staying with my MIL until we find a place of our own. We ended up having to cancel the contract with the house. We are looking on the bright side, it just means there is something else out there for us. We can't wait, beach trips, camping, disneyland, just fun summer things, good ol' CA YAY!

~Summer~
Yep it is summer weather here today. It is 90 right now (eyes poppin out of my head!) it's HOT HOT HOT! Thank goodness for the AC lol, and this butt is not taking a walk until it cools off tonight LOL. You will not find me out side in heat like this. I really need to get back to old navy (we went this weekend to get us all some flipflops (I go nuts for old navy flipflops, I have to have every color, every summer lol). We each got a pair (4 pairs) for only $10.50, how cool is that?! Aidan LOVES his lol, he keeps putting them on everywhere we go.) I need to get back to old navy for my tankini lol, need it for our trip to Disneyland, we are staying at the Disneyland hotel and we plan to swim in the pool while we are there, MIL said no shirts lol so I have to get a tankini.

~Scrapbooking~
I really really really want to scrapbook right now, I got my Lifetimemoments.com order today and want to scrap with some of it. I got some more Basic Grey (as if I need more lol), some more A2Z Dulce paper (perfect for summer pictures), some HS and pressed petals chipboard and some of the new AC alpha rubons in lowercase Jack. I want to play so bad, but will save it to play once we move. I really need to finish my eBay stuff right now, so no scrapbooking for me today.

~Home~
Things are coming along, we still have some packing to do. It's kinda hard with the boys running around and wanting to get into what we just packed lol. We are keeping the things we will need for our short stay at MIL's in a huge box. I set aside another box for the scrapbooking stuff I will nedd while there to work and do my DT assignments. We packed another box that has the boys most favorite toys to play with, clothes and video game stuff. We will be doing alot of swimming :) and stuff there. I plan to take Aidan out for two walks a day, around MIL's neighborhood, two times around her block is a mile I plan to do two in the morning and two after dinner.

Lots to do today

YUMMY! I could so go for one of these right now lol, instead I just made some Breakfast Blend Starbucks coffee. I am really tired this morning, I went to bed kinda early last night to, maybe I got to much sleep. I am also eating some of my leftover veggie (no mushrooms YUCK lol) pizza from Papa Johns, sooooooo GOOD!

~Scrapbooking~
I finished my DT stuff and sent them in yesterday, I can't wait to see the DT gallery at LRS this month. I made mother's day cards for my mom, MIL, and Smil. I am now finishing up the mini album I am making my mom. Last Nov. We all took a trip to see my grandma in OR, so I am using all those pictures we took during that trip to Bend (OR). I was going to use the rest of the shabby chic paper, but with as many pages as I am making there was not enough of the papers I wanted to use, so I am now using the 3 Bugs in a rug (Family) line and embellishments. It matches well with the pictures since I changed them all to B&W. Now to get this album done before 4pm today when D gets home, so I can get them to the PO before it closes. I want them (I made MIL one too) to get there on Saturday. So yep I have a lot of work to do today with this lol. I plan to get a couple layouts done tonight to for Moments Defined too. I also have an eBay kit to finish.

~Misc~ I am still sad about the house stuff, I am crossing my fingers though, that the last addendum (request for repair form) was sent back yesterday.So we are crossing our fingers and praying that the owners agree to it and we can move in at the end of the month (that is if she finds a place now that she changed her mind about moving out of state). If this does not happen, our lives will be very different for the next few months, we will be living out of boxes at MIL's. We are preparing now for that, just in case. We started packing "MUST Have" boxes, of stuff we will need if we have to stay there for a while. The rest will go into storage.

WARNING ~ Woe is me post ahead~

Okay you had your chance, if you are still here with me, here it comes...



We have been working so hard with our move, getting things ready, packed, cleaning up the apartment, we ended our lease etc. My MIL has been working so hard on the closing of the house she got for us. So much has gone into all of this. We were so excited, it's the topic in our household all day lol. We can not wait to go home to California, to be with our families, to start our new life. Sadly we found out today (with less then 2 weeks until we have to be out of this apartment) that things are not going so good now with the closing of the house. The owners were separating, the wife was going to be moving to Idaho, etc. Things were going good, up until last week. They did inspection on the house, there was some water damage in the kitchen (counters), the water heater, termites, and a few other things needed to be replaced. So they are trying to work these things out with the people MIL is buying the house from. Now the woman does not want to move to ID and needs more time on the closing so she can find herself a place to live,she does not want to replace stuff, lots of things are unfolding for the worst and it really looks like this house is not going to be ours now. I feel so horrible for my MIL who has worked so hard to try and make this happen for us. This now means if this does not work we will be staying with MIL until we do find something, This is not a bad thing I will just feel horrible :( like we are a burden on them. Why can't things ever go right for us? I just don't get it! I know I should be thinking more positive about this, that if this really does not work and happen that it was just not meant to be. But darn it we gave up a lot for this to work, Dustin does not have a job (in CA) because he quit costco for our move. The job I will have when we get to CA is only 3 hours a day M-F. All I have is worry now and I am so depressed about this. I just don't want us to be a burden on anyone.

Alright I need to go finish a kit for eBay, and start dinner soon. Sorry about the whiney post but I just needed to get this out. If you pray would you mind saying one for us, that this will all work out for the best. Please. Thanks

I got an email today from the fabulous CARDS magazine/Ideabook, they want one of my Halloween cards for their Sept/Oct issue. I am so excited! I love all things Halloween/Fall. I can not wait to see this issue!

Okay I better get to bed, I am so tired after watching that HORRIBLE Scary movie "Hostel" last night. I could do the whole scary movie thing when I was younger, I loved scary movies, they left a lot for you to think about, for your imagination (one of my favorite movies of all time is "Seven" notice how it was scary but left a lot for you to think about, never showed you the head in the box lol), nowadays it is all gory, bloody and they show everything, all your worst fears and nightmares. Not only was this movie 30+ minutes of just T & A in the beginning (verses the 5 minutes of T & A you get from an 80's horror movie lol, Jason comes to mind), But it had so many morbid scenes, and then to hear on the making that things like people who go to certain countries can be sold to others for this kind of torture, YUCK! HORRIBLE! If you don't seriously want nightmares (think actually seeing someone's Achilles tendon being cut so they can't walk, I swear I was crawling the walls after seeing that part EEEKKK! Heebie jeebies!) do not see this movie. (Miranda I am serious, scared me to death!), This movie made TXCSM Look like a carebear movie! On a side note, I did like the other movie we rented "Derailed", it was pretty good.

Okay I am really going to bed now lol, I have to get up early to finish my DT assignments and finish an eBay kit. Night all :)

~Home Life~
We have been so busy around here lately. Lots of changes going on, we have been taking the boys out everynight for fun and time together. I have been working hard. And of course our move. We are very excited and can't wait to finally be in our new place. I have been working hard at getting the apartment fixed and cleaned. I spent the other day carpet cleaning each room and then I had to re scrub the crayon off the boys walls in their room (eyeroll), it took hours, and my hands were eatin up by a Mr.clean Magic eraser, but it looked so nice when I finished. Sadly it only lasted two days because when I went in there today, I found Austin coloring on the wall again :(

I have been doing a couple special assignments (waiting on an email), working on my May LRS DT kit...

This is such a beautiful kit! I love Shabby stuff :)

~Misc~
I have some Starbucks "Breakfast Blend" Coffee brewing and I plan to get another layout done tonight plus we rented a couple movies, Derailed and Hostel, and plan to watch the one we did not see yet "Hostel" tonight now that the boys are in bed. New layouts, Thanks Jen, MMM

These are those girlie layouts I was talking about my last couple posts, My DT stuff for LRS's April kit. This by far was my favorite kit :) and YAY I finally got to scrap girlie. Look how beautiful Addie is in these pictures, Jen you are so Lucky ;) (I said it before and I will say it again, I WANT A GIRL lol) Jen also takes AMAZING pictures. I can't wait to scrap little Miss Addie again.

So I have decided that I am going to give MMM a try. A few people have told me that MM is more my style, it seems easy enough, only 5 layouts (not 12 lol where I am killing myself to be creative, but really wanting to jam my paper piercer through my eye... *blush* sorry ;) I LOVE this magazine too, so much inspiration. I also have myself an AWESOME MMM buddy, I can't wait to get started. I posted a thread in the pub about what everyones favorite Decor magazines are for inspiration, I got so many replies for awesome magazines. I Picked up one at walmart and sketched 12 layouts from it. I can't wait to work on them. I am also 4 days behind now on the layout a day challenge for the month of April so I need to get a move on it.

Alright well I have a page kit to finish for ebay so I better get back to that. TTYAL

Coffee, who has the coffee?

I DO lol, I am so not a coffee drinker but I was up really early into the morning working on layouts, I have one card left to make for my assignments for LRS and I am done YAY. I had the best time yesterday and last night scrapbooking, it's been a really long time since I have been able to just sit here all day (I did stop to clean the house twice lol, and help the boys with a couple things but other than that Dustin had it all taken care of) And can I just say that it has been a long time since I have been proud of the work I have done, but the layouts I got done last night, WOW! I love them all! (if you know me, you know this is so NOT me, I normally whine about hating them lol). I did ALL girly layouts and it felt so good! I wish I had a girl so bad lol. Little Addie will have to do for now :), she is so darn precious and so much fun to scrap! Jen I really hope you like the way these came out, I know my style is a bit BUSY lol.

Yawn, lol I have yawned four times since starting this post, I am sooooooooo tired but I just have to get this finished and turned in :) Okay well I am going to get back to finishing this card. As soon as everyones LRS stuff is uploaded to the gallery I will post my stuff here for you all to see :) This kit was by far my favorite so far. I LOVE working with chatterbox, it comes so easy for me to Create with it.

Up late tonight scrapbooking :)

YAY, I finished my two kits for ebay so now I get to scrapbook. I am working on another layout for LRS DT using the amazing April kit. It is such a Gorgeous kit, it's CHATTERBOX baby :) I finally get to scrap girlie pages. I got a few amazing pictures from my friend Jen (Hi Jen) of her Daughter Addie, what is awesome is these pictures match so good with the colors in this kit. I had so much fun working on the journaling part with Jen too. I just hope I can do these amazing pictures Justice, with my scrapbooking and I can't wait to see how my "Girlie" layouts come out lol. I will be scrapbooking all weekend and I can't wait :), i have a couple assignments to work on and finish my LRS DT kit stuff.

Dustin has been good watching the boys while I work too, he has been playing video games with them, watching movies (Austin watched Ghostbusters for the first time this week and he loved it ) building towers and ships with the mega blocks, coloring, we ALL love coloring, it's so cute to, the four of us all spread out on the floor, a pile of crayons in front of us. I took some pictures of D and Aidan coloring.

I downloaded some new covers John Mayer did to my Itunes tonight, oooo and I also got his newest song (it's not out yet, he just played it for the first time at the Tempe concert in AZ this past weekend) "Waiting on the world", It's amazing!

So did you notice (lol look I am talking like people actually read my blog LOL, Hi 2 people who read my BlOG) I added an MP3 player to my blog that plays only John Mayer :) And not only John Mayer but these are special songs...

Now this is what Maya and her amazing words do to me, when you hear or read something so amazing, so intense, You get a feeling for it, Maya has always had an affect on me, what might that be? Well I can relate to it, so much so that everything she says (that I read or hear) gives me these chills, hair standing up on the back of my neck, tears in my eyes, I feel it, I get it! It's me! She speaks from the heart, she speaks what most feel. She is amazing! She is phenomenal.

Pain, work and Ladder 49

I just finished watching the movie Ladder 49 with Dustin. WOW! This movie was so good! I cried like a baby! If you have not seen this movie, you need to rush out and rent it! It is on my "to buy" list! VERY GOOD!



*Life*
I have had this very strong pain in my back (mid right side, close to my spine) for two days. It was so bad yesterday, I thought it could be a number of things (you know when something is wrong and your mind is racing with all the bad thoughts, this was me yesterday), D got so tired of hearing me whine about it that he went and got me some Bengay lol. It took the pain away and felt so good. I woke up this morning with less pain, but it was still hurting. I applied Bengay a few more times today and as I sit here tonight in this chair before I go to bed, It still feels a little sore but alot better! It now feels like a muscle that got streached to much. I am hoping that is all it is and that is fully gone soon.

I have been working hard on page kits for ebay. With me being the only one working now, we really need this help. I enjoy it but honestly I wish I could be working on layouts lol. I did complete two layouts this weekend. I received my LRS Kit today for April and I have to say this kit is GORGEOUS! I will post pictures of the kit contents tomorrow. I am so excited to get started with this!You know my secret toot I posted about a few days ago, well that package should be here soon too, I can't wait to get started with that, I am soooooooo excited!

Well I had so many other things to talk about but I am so tired now lol, it is 2am and I should probably get to bed now. Oooooo I need to remember to post about Chloe and the kitten she had tonight, Sad story but we did get a precious little kitten out of it that we named "Oreo" , I'll post about it when I get up and post a picture of our newest family member :)

It's starting, Secret, Reese Witherspoon...

That excited we are "Moving" feeling. I can't wait to go home to California. I can't wait for that first visit back to the beach, I can't wait for the smell of the ocean, the sounds. AWESOME!
Well we have started fixing things up in the apartment, small packing. It's very exciting but at the same time I will kinda miss this place. I love sitting here in my office/scraproom, working here at the computer or over at my scrap table, the bay windows wide open, letting the spring breeze come in.

I have a BIG secret, that I can not share yet but BOY am I so excited (it's scrapbook related lol) :) It's something wonderful and I just can't wait :)

Sooooo well my MIL was here we went to Hollywood and rented some movies (we are on this awesome 3 month plan for $30 you get unlimited free amount of movies (well 3 per visit, so if we watch all three we can take them back that same day and rent three more) well I finally rented "Walk the line" and oh my gosh I LOVE this movie! What a great love story! We watched it once with MIL and then I watched it (blush) Three times yesterday. I am so buying the movie and the soundtrack. If you are my normal blog readers you know that my three favorite actresses are Sarah Michelle Gellar, Reese Witherspoon and Angelina Jolie. I have seen everything these gals have ever made. Heck I was a Reese fan since I was 11 and I saw The Man on the Moon (This by far was a movie I watched a TON of times when I was 11, I own a copy of the VHS lol, that goes to tell you how old it is lol, and Darn it did I dislike Dani's (Reese) sister so much LOL). Another of my most favorite movies starring two of my Fave actresses is Cruel Intentions , when ever we have to fill out those posts or blog tags almost always when they ask what you favorite movie is I say Sweet Home Alabama I love this movie so much, so much so that I cry everytime I see it lol (I can been very senstive lol), another of my fave Reese movies is Just like Heaven, this is another one that I watched like 4 times in one day after renting it. Reese is super smart! She picks the best movies to star in :) (oh and here is a funny :) when the movie Fear came out, I was in highschool dating a guy named David, lol do you remember the name of the two lead characters in the movie fear? LOL David and Nicole, I thought that was so funny at the times, of course I would get teased about it by my friends lol, and the guy I dated was nothing like Mark's Character David). LOL Okay back to walking the line, I was so touched by this movie! What a great love story that came out of it, I was so sad to learn (I looked it up online) That June died from Heart Surgery :( and 4 months later Johnny died. How amazing that Johnny use to listen to June sing on the radio when they were younger, then he followed up on her from magazines, he was so inlove with her from such an early age. I am so glad they got together, not only did they make good (FUNNY) music together (oh I just wanted to add that Dustin has watched this movie with me a few times now too lol and he said when he watches Reese and Joaquin that he loves Duets :), we are both BIG music fans, we love everything lol) but they were so good for eachother. They clicked.
This movie touched me so much that after we watched it yesterday we took the boys to Mcdonalds for lunch (happy meals) and an hour in the playground, and while I sat there eating my happy meal lol all I could think about was getting back home to rewatch the movie. I swear I could not get my mind off of it lol. If you have not seen this movie, you NEED to go rent it now! :) And if you don't have the Soundtrack, go get that too! Reese and Joaquin sing so good and the tunes are so fun :)



Oh an speaking of Yummy Joaquin Phoenix, howmany of you guys remember the 1987 movie called " Russkies" Omgosh I remember this being another movie I played over and over again back then lol (along with goonies, lost boys, spacecamp etc) (lol oh and I should warn you all, I am a HUGE movie buff, I have been a movie addicted since I was 4 years old, I have seen everything LOL ;))

Friday check in :)

I am sooooooooo tired so this is going to be a short post lol. I have a bad cold :( and on top of that I am soooo sore and tired from all the extra cleaning the last two days. I was on ebay a couple weeks ago checking out the Leslie Sansone DVD's (I am sure if you read my blog you know how much I LOVE her DVD's :) ) Well I came across one I just had to have, "Walk away the pounds "walk and kick" DVD. Well lol it was going for $20 and I missed the end of the auction. Well Tonight Dustin and I were at Walmart, I had to get some computer paper and a few odds and ends, I decided to go and see if they had the weighted balls (My WATP's DVD's all have work outs that use them and I would have to take the DVD's back down to the apartment gym to use the ones there and frankly I almost killed myself climbing up to the top of the tv to add the dvd in, so not worth it lol). Well they did not have the smaller balls, they have the one size bigger balls, to big for my hands. But guess what the had???? MY walk and kick DVD by Leslie :) I was soooooo happy and the best part is, it was only $9.99. WOW I made out! I will let you know how good it is tomorrow :)

I need Air lol

Yep this is me at 11:49pm coming up for air. I have been cleaning the apartment since I got up this morning lol. My MIL will be here tomorrow at 1pm, so I had to get alot of stuff done today. Not that I let the house go, up until she visits lol but you know all those things you put off, like the shoe marks on the wall (in my case with two busy boys it's also soda and juice (eye roll lol), I had to clean out the fridge and freezer (seems someone spilt a jug of apple juice inside and did not clean it up lol "Dustin"). I had to scrub down both the couch and the love seat, carpet clean the dining room (aka my scrap office) the living room and hallway. Then I did about 6 loads of laundry (we had a HUGE mess in the boys room two days ago where Aidan snuck the syrup out of the fridge and made a work of art all over the walls, blankets, floor, pillows, TV, shelves....well everything. So I had to wash all the stuff that got caught in that war zone. I then cleaned out the front bathroom to get it ready for her, I had to wash all the rubber ducky (yep it's the boys bathroom and the quest bathroom lol all done up in light blue and white and yellow to match the rubber ducky theme lol, I will be changing it to a beachy theme once we move) towels and stuff. All I have left to do is fold the HUGE pile of clothes I washed yesterday and Carpet clean the boys room in the morning.

We did not get a chance to make it in to Boise today :( We all got up early, and were almost out the door when D came back in and said the explorer would not start. AHHH! not again, I swear this suv that I love so much just keeps breaking down on us. I think it is time to start looking for another suv. I think this one has seen her better days. So for now he is using his fathers truck. Waaaaa I wanted my new Basic Grey paper from in town too lol, oh well tomorrow lol.

Oh and I can share what my good email was yesterday. I am now back on the LRS DT :) I am so excited! This team is so amazing! And the girls are all just like family! I have missed them all!

Okay I think I am going to work a little on an ebay kit and maybe some of my 3 product challenge layout and then get to bed. Night :)

OOOO LA LA day!

I got up early this morning, not by choice, I had a horrible nightmare about Aidan, I hate that when you have this horrible dream about one of your children and wake up feeling those emotions from your dream so fresh, so raw, almost real. It took me a few minutes of just sitting up in my bed to gather up my thoughts. Either I chould lay there dreading that dream or I could get up, go kiss my son and then get in a shower and start my day. I did the second thing.

After the shower I put on my clothes and got ready for the day. I picked up around the house some then logged online to check emails and make a TODO list for the day at LM. I had some wonderful emails today, one in which I am not sure I can talk about yet and the other was from a wonderful lady who purchases my ebay kits :) nothing like waking up to see you sold a kit. I work so hard on my page kits, hours and hours everyday. They all mean so much to me! I am currently working on a boy kit to match the girl one I sold this morning. I am really liking ebay lately, it's been nice and such a HUGE help for us.

Moving day is getting closer. We are very excited now! My MIL will be here in less than two days so we can talk about things more but we now have a date. Yeah the moving truck has been rented LOL. WOOT WOOT LOL okay just had to do that, I am super excited! I can not WAIT to go to the beach, funny thing is I have moved away to another state before, right out of HS and the one thing I always missed when I was there was the beach! The beach has always been a HUGE part of my life growing up and it has been for my boys since they were born. It is one of our family traditions we use to do to at least go once a week to the beach. (yep I have a TON of beach pictures to scrap lol). I always thought I would love it in the country, to have that small town (sweet alabama movie) type feeling, everyone knows everyone, the town is small, fun stuff, well honestly, I am just a city girl, and though I LOVE the look and feel of the country it is just not me. It Took doing this a second time in my life to realize that I love the city. I am going Home! I am so HAPPY! Even better our family I truly feel is finally going to be okay, this just feel so right!

Okay I better get back to this kit, as soon as I finish I am going to work on Amy and Robyns 3 product challenge for this week :) I even got Melissa to join me this week and I like I got her hooked on them LOL :) TTYS

WOWIE 2 posts in one night....amazing ;)

LOL. Okay yes I am posting again tonight lol, something funny happened and I just had to blog about it :)

So I am sitting here working (well I should be lol but I have not found my way back over to my table lol I am still stuck here at the computer, ahem I mean I am working LOL ;)) Anyways, so I am a girl, who has her specials needs of yummy chocolate confections from time to time. So last night I had D pick me up a box of Hostess Ding Dongs (yeah you know the ones, when we were kids that use to come wrapped in foil, yeah well they are not wrapped in foil anymore lol but still oh so yummy!) I have been craving those babies for days now! And thought I deserve them because I have lost another 5 pounds in two weeks. Well when D brought them home last night I hid them in my office/scraproom (*AKA The dining room that I took over*) I have huge bay windows in here and my paper and shelves are up against the big window, well I hid them behind those and the brick colored curtains when have in here (they match the stuff in the livingroom) so in other words, if you were a neighbor and just happened to pass through our back area of the apartments you would see my yummy treats in our window LOL. Well I was sitting here looking at Myspace.com (ahem *working* ;)) and hear comes Austin. He asked for some juice. So I got up and headed over to the fridge. He starts laughing at me. I say "what is it?" he says you have something Brown on your pants. So I look and of course there it is, apparently it seems I must have dropped a piece on my chair, then sat on it and it was stuck to the back of my pants, Well I did not want him to think (or say, he is a boy and they think this way) I well, you know, had an accident since it is chocolate and brown lol (omgosh sorry tmi lol) so I had to share one LOL. Ummkay we will not talk about how many I ate today!!!! That is only for me and my hips to know :) These suckers taste so good fresh from a 5 minute trip to the freezer :) I love the taste of the crunchy half frozen chocolate.

Okay I am REALLY going to get back to work this time :)

Oh and I changed the song again lol (sorry) I was flipping channels on the raido and heard Martina Mcbride (sorry non country fans, but I am the kinda girl who loves just about any kinda music :) you should see my CD collection lol) I Love this song! It is so sad, I love this song and "God's Will" by Martina, one thing I truly LOVE about both videos is they seem to be filmed sometimes in Fall (my favorite season) and where every them were filmed is where I wanna live lol, it's GORGEOUS!
